About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Customer Experience Manager at Agena Sports Indonesia in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The role involves managing sales activities (B2C and B2B), overseeing customer experience initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction, including planning and execution of partnerships and sales initiatives. Some remote work is acceptable for this position.

Requirements

  • Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making

  • Customer Experience and Communication abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Sales/Marketing/Public Relation/Communication or related field

  • Proficient with Spreadsheet Technologies (Excel/ Google Sheet)

  • 3-5+ Years of Experience in Sales or Customers Relation

  • (Bonus) You play Tennis or Padel!
